Help me in my efforts to fundraise for Hogs for the Cause.

My “why” is my mom, and all of the families affected by brain cancer who weren’t as lucky as we were. I have been involved with Hogs for the Cause for over 15 years, and the mission of helping families battling pediatric brain cancer has always meant so much to me. What I never expected was that brain cancer would one day impact my own life.

My mother, Lisa Brener, was a renowned attorney, a warrior, and a trailblazer. She was my best friend, my mentor, and everything to me. In 2019 she was diagnosed with brain cancer, and after fighting with incredible strength, she passed away a year later.
While I know how deeply this disease affected my family, I cannot begin to imagine the impact it has on families with children battling brain cancer. We were fortunate to have the resources to fight alongside my mom during her illness, and that experience opened my eyes even more to why families need support.

That is exactly what Hogs for the Cause does. Every dollar raised helps families battling pediatric brain cancer — whether through direct grants to families, providing a free stay at one of the Hogs Houses while their child receives treatment, or helping cover funeral expenses for a child who has succumbed to the disease.

Every dollar truly makes a difference. I cannot thank you enough for supporting this cause that means so much to me.
