When I joined the Board of Hogs for the Cause 15 years ago, I had no idea how deeply this organization would impact me. I still vividly remember my first grant presentation. We stood on the Nobles family’s front porch in the Irish Channel. No stage, no oversized check, no fanfare. Just real people helping real families. That simple moment captured the heart of Hogs.

Since then, our community has rallied to raise more than $15 million to support families facing pediatric cancer and to fund critical hospital programs across the country.
